The whole tradition seems kind of silly to me but i still happen to know people that really look forward to this at a wedding because as one friend said to me this isn t about the bride and groom it s for the guests. Whoever catches the bouquet is supposedly next to walk down the aisle. It means that who ever catch the bouquet will be the next one to get married. There is a common traditional folk belief that the unmarried woman girl who catches the bouquet will be the next to marry.
It means you are going to be the next bride. It s a tradition for single women to stand and hope to catch the bouquet it s mainly for good luck in the hope of. The wedding bouquet seemed like the perfect solution. One of those tenacious traditions is the tossing of the bridal bouquet.

If someone catches the bouquet at a wedding it typically means that you re the next person to get married. Flowers symbolize fertility which is almost as good as having a piece of the actual wedding dress. It indicates that the single woman who catches the bouquet will be the next to get married. This doesn t necessarily mean to each other but it is a fun idea.
