The main organs of the respiratory system are the lungs.
The respiratory system is the network of organs and tissues that help you breathe. Composed of the nose the pharynx and the larynx the organs of the upper respiratory tract are located. We use our lungs to do this. Elements of the respiratory system include the nose the mouth the pharynx the larynx the trachea the bronchi the lungs and the muscles used to breathe in and out.
It brings oxygen into our bodies which we need for our cells to live and function properly. Oxygen is retrieved from the lungs by red blood cells that then carry the oxygen throughout the body to the cells that need it. The respiratory system is divided into two main components. The respiratory system consists of all the organs involved in breathing.
The lungs are the main organ of the respiratory system which carries oxygen through the body by. The main function of respiratory system is to allow gas exchange oxygen and carbon dioxide with different parts of the body. These organs carry out the process of respiration. Then it makes its way to the chest.

The respiratory system plays a vital role in the body by providing your cells with much needed oxygen as well as excreting carbon dioxide which can be deadly if allowed to accumulate.
They take oxygen into the body and breathe out carbon dioxide. Air from our mouth and nose enters the windpipe and goes down the throat. The larynx is commonly called the voice box. Lungs we breathe all the time in order to supply our body with oxygen and get rid of carbon dioxide.
The different organs of the respiratory system are nose pharynx epiglottis larynx trachea bronchi and lungs. Lungs are the primary organs of the respiratory system which help in the exchange of gases. The respiratory system does two very important things. The other main parts of this system include a series of airways for air passages blood vessels and the muscles that facilitate breathing.
