Most girls stop growing taller by age 14 or 15 but after their early teenage growth spurt boys continue gaining height at a gradual pace until around 18. These include environmental factors as well as nutrition and physical activity. Most boys will stop growing taller by age 16 and will usually have developed fully by 18. In general boys tend to stop growing around the age of 16.
Even if you hit puberty late you re unlikely to grow significantly after the ages of 18 to 20. Many factors can affect growth and ultimately height. Developing physically into an adult takes 2 to 5 years. But at what age do you stop growing taller.
